Youth Summer Camps
1st - 5th Grade
Due to limited space summer camps will be for CORE Ascent clients only. In order to allow more youth clients to participate we will have a limit of only two camps a month for each client.

Week Five: Mindfulness Camp
Mindfulness camp is an introduction to calming relaxation. Techniques help with anxiety, self-care, frustration tolerance, anger management, and gratitude reflection. Activities include positive affirmations, breathing techniques, self-care skills, arts-n-craft projects, gratitude activities, journal writing, and more. Participants create a journal for home carry over of all camp strategies.
week six: camp kindness
Empowering and inspiring campers how to positively change our community with actions of kindness and healthy friendships. We will show kindness to others by celebrating everyday heroes in our community by creating cards and other Community Connections Projects.
