Frank Morrison, Chief executive officer

Frank Morrison first started as the director at Community House on Broadway in 2012. During his first year of being director, Frank noticed the need in our community for mental health and substance use services and the correlation it had with homelessness. His goal was to provide mental health and substance use services on site at Community House. In 2015 he started CORE Health in hopes of providing services for those in need. His dedication and service to the community has grown into a team effort that meets the client where they are at!

Jordan Wisdom, Chief operations officer

A native to Longview, WA, Jordan has been involved in the local community since the beginning of his career. With a background in change management and sale operations at a leading global manufacturer, he helps the CORE Health team translate healthcare best practices into client focused programs and support systems. The goal remains clear, helping clients achieve their treatment goals by supporting staff with effective organizational structures and processes.

Katie Allen, Chief clinical supervisor

Katie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been with CORE Health since 2016. Katie came to CORE Health after relocating to the area from Seattle after her first child was born. Prior to working with CORE Health she had worked with high risk youth, and adults involved in the criminal justice system. Katie has worked as a social worker since 2009 and has been a supervisor at CORE Health since 2013.

Liana McMillian, Ascent Youth center clinicial Lead

Liana moved from Florida to the great Pacific Northwest in July of 2018. In Florida she worked for The Arnette House and immediately fell in love counseling teens. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and then went to graduate in 2015 from Webster University for a Master’s degree as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In 2022 Liana was promoted as the Youth Director at CORE Health Ascent and continues to demonstrate leadership in all areas. She enjoys working as a school based counselor and feels fortunate to be surrounded by such a supportive management team and inspiring coworkers!
